See hundreds of the newest power and sail boats
Boat dealers and manufacturers use fall shows to trot out their latest products and the docks at Cedar Point are full of brand new models that are being shown for the first time.
Leading the way this year is the Azimut 43S, shown by Skipper Bud’s Marina Del Isle in Marblehead, Ohio. The boat features advanced twin-435 horsepower Volvo IPS engines that pull the boat through the water instead of pushing it. Two decks and a beam of nearly 14 feet allow for four berths and two heads inside.
When open, the main deck’s retractable roof provides excellent scenery, but the best views are found below in the master stateroom where large square portholes are positioned just above the waterline.
Nearby, HarborView Yacht Sales is displaying the new Fathom 40 fast expedition yacht. The Fathom has been making waves in the boating industry lately due to its classic profile and fuel efficient package.

Other classically-styled boats can be found on the Yacht Works Catawba and Riverfront Yacht Sales docks. Yacht Works is showing the New England lobster boat-inspired True North 34 and a full range of Chris-Craft Launches, while Riverfront has the new Sabre 34 Express.

On the Sail Pier, Freeman Eckley is exhibiting the clean, distinctive Beneteau 37 and Harbor North brought the new Hunter trailerable and beachable theEDGE motor sailer.
These premier models are joined by hundreds of others at the North American In-Water Boat Show, September 10-14 at Cedar Point.
